HealthJay Shipping, Returns and Cancellation

HealthJay offers the following shipping options while shipping fees applied depending on the shipping destination:
Guaranteed next business day delivery if ordered by 2pm EST (non-holiday)
Guaranteed second business day delivery if ordered by 2pm EST (non-holiday)
Guaranteed within 7 to 10 business days from the time of purchase
Unless otherwise requested or noted by way of promotion, items will be shipped via ground and may take as many as 7 to 10 business days from time of purchase.
*Shipment pending payment is processed successfully, and any orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Holidays and inclement weather may delay delivery, and HealthJay is in no way responsible for any service interruptions by the carrier.
Once an order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to the customer. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact our HealthJay Account Manager at (888) 321-4529.
You may cancel your service by calling HealthJay at (888) 321-4529 or email us at email@example.com. System or accessories are not refundable after 60 days since the purchase is ordered. All items for refund must be in excellent condition with no damages. It is at HealthJay’s discretion to determine the condition of the System and accessories. Customers seeking refunds will be responsible for the shipping costs. You may contact our Customer Care Agent to set up the refund process. Restocking fees may apply. The processing of any refund may take up to 30 days upon receipt of your system or Cancellation Letter.
Subscription service can be canceled effective the day upon receipt of a signed Cancellation Letter provided by HealthJay Customer Care Agent via either mail or email. Upon receipt of the executed Cancellation Letter, HealthJay will issue a closing invoice for any outstanding billings. You are expected to pay for the subscription service in the billing cycle. A prorated refund will be issued for the unused service period in the next cycles that may have been prepaid. If you have signed a one-year subscription contract, you are obligated to fulfill the contract term payment.
Promotional discounts will be forfeited if any changes are made to the initial order, including billing cycle changes, within twelve (12) months of date of sale. HealthJay will have the right to charge the customer or offset any of these additional costs against any monies due to the customer.
HealthJay is not responsible for any lost System or accessories. Please contact our Customer Care Agent at (888) 321-4529 to learn about information security in the case of a loss.

When returning items back to HealthJay, we strongly recommend requesting a tracking number from the shipping carrier to confirm the arrival of the package.
